Blueberry Ridge Pathway, located near Marquette, is one of the Upper Peninsula’s most popular cross-country ski trails and offers seven different trail loops. Named for the area’s jack pine forest and blueberry patches, it’s home to 13.7 miles of hiking and groomed cross-country ski trails. A 1.7-mile loop, to the left of the parking lot, is lit during the cross-country ski season daily from 5pm until 10pm. There is a warming hut managed by the Superiorland Ski Club. The trail is groomed Dec. 1 to March 31 (weather permitting). Grooming updates are posted to the Blueberry Ridge Pathway Facebook group.
