More Information

The modern campground, divided into two loops and open year-round for camping, it’s situated on the other side of a large dune from Lake Michigan. There is a stairway to access Lake Michigan. Most of the sites are wooded.

A variety of local attractions are located nearby, including Michigan Adventure (amusement park), downtown Muskegon, Hoffmaster State Park's Gillette Sand Dune Visitor Center, Muskegon County Museum, Muskegon Museum of Art and the USS Silversides Submarine Museum.

The park is also located near Duck Lake State Park and P.J. Hoffmaster State Park.

Playground: There is a small play structure near the campground office.

Sanitation Station: The park’s sanitation station is located just past the entrance to the Muskegon Luge Adventure Sports Park. There is potable water available and two lanes.
