Situated on the banks of the Au Sable River, this rustic campground is designated for canoe access only. Located in Crawford County, 15.5 miles east of Grayling.

This campground is managed by Hartwick Pines State Park.

This rustic campground provides a group camping area designated for canoe access only. The campground is located on the main branch of the scenic Au Sable River and offers an ideal campsite for paddlers.

There are five sites suitable for tents. Camping is limited to a 15-day maximum stay. Amenities include vault toilets and potable water from a hand-pump well. The campground is located 15.5 miles east of Grayling via M-72 and Wakely Bridge Road.Sites available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No reservations.
