Lake Dubonnet State Forest Campground
Situated on the shore of Lake Dubonnet, this rustic campground offers great opportunities for paddle sports, fishing and hiking. Located in Grand Traverse County, 4.2 miles northwest of Interlochen.

This serene, rustic campground is surrounded by soaring pines and sits along the tranquil shores of Lake Dubonnet. The lake provides opportunities for fishing and boating. The Lost Lake Pathway passes through the campground and provides excellent scenery and year-round opportunities for hiking, biking, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. The Shore-to-Shore Trail and the Lake Dubonnet Trail Camp are in close proximity to the campground.
There are 50 sites for tent and small trailer use. Camping is limited to a 15-day maximum stay. Amenities include vault toilets and potable water from a hand-pump well. The campground is located 4.2 miles northwest of Interlochen via US-31 South and Gonder Road.Sites available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No reservations.
