Maybury offers 8 miles of equestrian trails and a riding stable. The riding stable is operated by Maybury Stables.

Fishing: The 8-acre, spring-fed fishing pond has a typical bass and bluegill fish community. It is a short walk from the Beck Road park entrance parking area.

History Programs: The park is home to the former Maybury Sanitorium, and an annual history hike is offered by the Friends of Maybury State Park.

Nature Programs: The Friends of Maybury State Park offer nature-based programming throughout the year. In addtion, visitors can visit the Northville Community Foundation's working farm.

Snowshoeing: Snowshoeing is permitted throughout the park and encouraged on the wooded hiking trails. Snowshoers should yield to bikers and cross-country skiers on multi-use trails and should be mindful to avoid stepping in groomed ski tracks.

Fishing Pier: A fishing pier is located on the 8-acre, spring-fed fishing pond, which is a short walk from the Beck Road park entrance parking area.

Modern Restrooms Item is accessible.
Modern Restrooms: Seasonal modern restrooms are located at the trailhead building and next to the Oak Shelter, both near the Eight Mile Road park entrance parking areas.
Picnic Area Item is accessible.
Picnic Area: There are several picnic areas in open spaces throughout the park, along with a few scattered charcoal grills, available on first-come, first-served basis. Some can be accessed near the parking areas and others are along the vast trail system.
Picnic Shelter Item is accessible.
Picnic Shelter: Four picnic shelters are available for rent and can be accessed from Eight Mile Road park entrance parking areas: Hickory, Maple, Oak and Walnut shelters. Shelter reservations can be made 12 months in advance at MIDNRReservations.com.

Playground: An accessible playground, located near the trailhead building, can be accessed from the Eight Mile Road park entrance parking areas. This state-of-the-art, inclusive playground was made possible through donations from the Michael Berman Family, the Northville Township Firefighters Charity Fund, the Northville Kiwanis Club and numerous community partners.
