Gene's Pond State Forest Campground
Situated on the shore of Gene’s Pond, this rustic campground offers a quiet retreat shaded by upland hardwoods. Located in Dickinson County, 6.5 miles northwest of Felch.

This rustic campground is ideal for those seeking a quiet retreat. The campground is shaded by upland hardwood forest and is situated on Gene’s Pond, a lake offering paddling and fishing opportunities. There is a large parking area near the boat launch for vehicles and boat trailers.
There are 14 sites for tent, small trailer and large trailer use. Camping is limited to a 15-day maximum stay. Amenities include vault toilets and potable water from a hand-pump well. This is a “carry-in, carry-out” unit. Trash barrels are not provided. Please help keep the campground clean and take camping refuse to dumpsters located at the Gwinn Field Office. The campground is located 6.5 miles northwest of Felch via County Road 581 and County Road 422.Sites available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No reservations.
