Located near Brevort, the Switchback Ridge Pathway provides a variety of terrain for hiking adventures. The 2.25-mile trail travels through a beautifully dense forest and across sand dunes. The trail provides views of Little Brevort Lake from atop a forested ridge. You will pass several streams along the path, as well as about a quarter mile of wood planks to aid you in this potentially wet portion of the journey.

The trail can be accessed from the Little Brevort Lake North state forest campground, or at the Little Brevort South boating access site on the north side of US-2, just east of Brevort.
