There are 14 miles of interconnected trail loops that meander throughout the park. The main trailheads are located in the day-use area (site marker #2) and the Grousehaven boating access site (site marker #1). The trails are also accessible from each campground.

Cross-Country Skiing Item is accessible.
Cross-Country Skiing: Cross-county skiing is a popular activity on the trails; however, the trails are not groomed. There are some areas that are steep and other areas that are flat.

Mountain Biking Item is accessible.
Mountain Biking: All 14 miles of trails are open to mountain biking. This trail has a number of elevation changes.
Snowshoeing Item is accessible.
Snowshoeing: Trails are not groomed, but please be courteous and avoid cross-country ski tracks if visible.
