The trail winds through a deep lowland to Lost Lake, a pond-like lake known for its wide variety of wildflowers and native plants. This trail also connects to two other park trails, the Loop to Loop Trail and the Scenic Ridge Trail, if you’re looking to extend your journey. A small observation platform that resembles an eagle’s nest is located along Lost Lake Trail. The trailhead is located in the north parking lot of Snug Harbor.
