Cheboygan State Park is located on the northern shore of the Lower Peninsula. The park contains five interconnected trails that can be completed together or separately. The Red Trail is 0.75 miles long and is easily accessed via the Blue Trail. The trail also can begin just south of the Duncan Bay Campground. The trail contains a variety of wetland and beach terrain. Hiking, biking and cross-country skiing are all allowed on the trail, weather permitting.
