The multi-use, trail encompasses a 3.8-mile single track trail and a shared gravel road for a total of 5.1 miles. The route winds through forested land, open meadows, open brushland, mature hardwoods, small ponds and Max’s Bayou.

The multi-use, trail encompasses a 3.8-mile single track trail and a shared gravel road (referred to as multi-use trail on the map) for a total of 5.1 miles. The trail is open to horseback riding, hiking, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. The shared 1.3-mile gravel road is also open to mountain bikers. The route winds through forested land, open meadows, open brushland, mature hardwoods, small ponds and Max’s Bayou.
Once you enter the park from the 104th Avenue/Bass River Road entrance, the trailhead is approximately .25 miles. At the trailhead, there are hitching posts, mounting blocks and a hand pump for water.
