The Flint River Water Trail, open to both motorized and non-motorized users with public access 24 hours a day, is readily available to 500,000 residents across Genesee and Lapeer counties and hundreds of thousands more within an hour’s drive. The trail is home to a variety of wildlife, including bald eagles, ospreys, frogs, turtles, muskrats and a wide variety of fish.
