The Polly Ann Trail is 36 miles and is located between Orion Township (Oakland County) and Kings Mill Road (north of Imlay City in Lapeer County).

The Oakland County portion of the trail has a limestone surface and is maintained by the Polly Ann Trailway Management Council. The Lapeer County portion of the trail is an undeveloped natural-surface trail that provides a great opportunity for mountain biking, hiking and equestrian use.
