The multi-use, trail encompasses a 4.8-mile single track trail and a shared gravel road (referred to as multi-use trail on the map) for a total of 6.1 miles. The trail is open to mountain biking, hiking, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. The shared 1.3-mile gravel road is also open to horseback riding. A small gravel parking area can be accessed off 104th Avenue between Sleeper and Johnson roads.

Once you enter the park from the 104th Avenue/Bass River Road entrance, the trailhead is approximately .25 miles. There is hand pump for water.
