The 3-mile trail goes around the perimeter of the park. If you start at the trailhead near the boating access site on Black Lake, you’ll climb the Civilian Conservation Corps stairs to a bluff overlooking the lake. From there, you’ll go through an oak stand, cedar swamp and many other natural areas. You can jump on the trail from a variety of locations throughout the park.
