Baraga Mini Cabin
Baraga State Park
More Information
The mini cabin is located in the park’s modern campground. It sleeps four people and includes a bunk bed (one full and one single bed) and a cot. You’ll find a mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and electric wall heater. A picnic table, a bench, a fire pit and a waist-high cook grill can be found outdoors. The cabin has electricity. You must provide your own linens.
The park is one of just a few state parks that allow the operation of an ORV between the campground and nearby ORV trails. The park connects to Twin Lakes and Bewabic state parks and Bond Falls Scenic Site via several motorized routes.
ORV trail maps are available for purchase at the park (pending availability) or by visiting MI-TRALE.org (online maps of signed ATV, side-by-side and multi-use trails in the Western U.P.) or DNR’s interactive ORV route and trail map.
