This rustic campground is located on the Jordan River, Michigan’s first designated scenic river. There are 15 tent sites that are accessible by hike-in only. The campsites are a short walk from the parking area, about 200 yards. Camping is limited to a 15-day maximum stay. Amenities include vault toilets and potable water from a hand-pump well. The campground is located 5.5 miles northwest of Alba via Alba Highway, M-66 and Pinney Bridge Road.Sites available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No reservations.

Fishing: The Jordan River is adjacent to campground and contains brown and rainbow trout, steelhead and salmon. Additional nearby fishing opportunities include the Cedar River (6 miles southwest).

Hiking: There are several nearby hiking opportunities, including the Jordan Valley Pathway (3 miles east) with 18 miles of hilly terrain, Warner Creek Pathway (9 miles northeast) with 3.75 miles of flat to rolling terrain and the North Country Trail (2 miles southeast). The NCT is a national scenic trail that stretches from North Dakota to New York and includes more than 1,500 miles in Michigan.
