Fishing: Musky, pike, panfish, largemouth bass and small-mouth bass can be found in Black Lake.
Hiking Item is accessible.
Hiking: Black Mountain Recreation Area includes 30 miles of pathways. Access to the Black Mountain Pathway is located one-third mile east of the campground.
Hunting Item is accessible.
Hunting: This campground provides access to state land open to hunting. Firearm hunting is not allowed within 450 feet of an occupied dwelling. Learn more about hunting.
Mountain Biking Item is accessible.
Mountain Biking: Mountain bikes are allowed on the Black Mountain Recreation Area trail system.
Paddlesports Item is accessible.
Paddlesports: Explore Black Lake from the campground. Carry-in access is located at the boat launch on the south side of the campground approximately 25 yards from the parking area. There is also direct access to the lake from some of the campsites.
Snowshoeing Item is accessible.
Snowshoeing: Black Mountain Recreation Area includes 30 miles of pathways. Access to the Black Mountain Pathway is located one-third mile east of the campground. Snowshoers are asked to stay off of groomed cross-country tracks in the winter.
