Holland-Modern Beach Campground
Holland State Park
More Information
This modern campground is just over the dune from Lake Michigan. A majority of the sites offer 30-amp electrical service; however, 31 campsites offer full hook-up (50-amp electric, water and sewer). All camping equipment must stay on the pavement, including commercial fire pits. All sites are paved.
Firepits are not provided, but campers can bring their own portable firepits. They must be at least 6 inches above the sand and fully enclosed with a cover. There are no ground fires allowed, and firepits are not allowed on the asphalt or within 15 feet of any camping unit. The old-style washtub fire pits are not allowed.
Registration for both campgrounds is located in the Lake Macatawa Campground, at 2175 Ottawa Beach Road.
