Interlochen-Group Use Area
Interlochen State Park
More Information
To upgrade the park's water & sewer system and beach toilet bldg, the modern campground and day-use area east of J. Maddy Parkway are closed this season. The Green Lake boating access site and rustic campground will remain open, but the sanitation station will be unavailable. The Duck Lake Boating Access Site should remain open except for a day at the end of the project for repaving.
If you would like to buy a Recreation Passport, please visit the park headquarters building. If you’re arriving for your rustic campsite reservation, you can proceed to your campsite and a staff person will come to you. A proposed $3.57 million in federal relief funding from Gov. Whitmer's Building Michigan Together Plan made these and other renovations possible.
