The 2.7-mile Ridge Trail follows the top of a series of wooded sand dunes for more than a mile. The trailhead is located along the bike path between the park headquarters and the Cedar Campground. Many visitors combine their route with the Island Trail to create a loop. The trail is considered more difficult.
