The Island Trail stretches approximately 2 miles along the shores of Lost and Hamlin lakes. Enjoy the beautiful marshes and wetlands along the two lakes, take in the views of the vast open sand dunes to the north and cross a series of foot bridges and small islands. Visitors often combine their route with the Lost Lake or Ridge trails to create a loop.
