The modern campground is divided into three loops. Most sites are moderate in size and are shaded by maple and cedar trees. At the end of each loop, there is a small pathway leading to Lake Michigan’s Big Bay de Noc. All sites have 20/30-amp service, and pull-through sites have 20/30/ 50-amp service. Fayette Historic Townsite is a short walk to the north, and the designated swim beach and picnic area are a short walk to the south. Recycling is available.

The campground is situated along Lake Michigan’s Big Bay de Noc.
Please be mindful of Great Lakes beach safety. Pay attention to the beach flag warning system in designated swim areas; red flags indicate the water is unsafe and no one should swim in or enter the water. Pay attention to changing conditions.
